On the 29th of March the Governor General Quentin Bryce AC in Sydney Australia launched the Campaign for Wool. The event hosted at the Governor General’s residence aimed at reconnecting people with the versatility of wool and saw guests enjoy a presentation of garments by local and international designers.
On the 31st of March Westfield hosted a VIP evening at their new Sydney City centre where around 1000 customers were greeted with the vision of sheep grazing on paddocks in their new designer precinct.
New Zealand
New Zealand will be officially launching the Campaign for Wool on the 10th of June 2011.
