Australia prepares to celebrate its love for wool
Australia is getting ready to celebrate Wool Week, with activities taking place May 18-24. But, as the home of the Merino sheep, celebrations in support of the global Campaign for Wool will take place throughout the entire month of May.
From art installations to exclusive shopping nights, retailers across Australia cannot contain their love for this premium, natural fibre and all consumers are encouraged to discover first-hand this innate beauty of this wonderful fibre.
Premium retail mall Macquarie Centre in Sydney has partnered with the Campaign for Wool and will be hosting a special shopping night Thursday May 21. Shoppers can discover the latest winter collections from Campaign for Wool retail partners, enjoy a special woolly art installation and discover wool’s benefits as they browse the shops at Macquarie Centre.
